Leviticus 18:30

30 aSo keep my charge never to practice bany of these abominable customs that were practiced before you, and never to make yourselves unclean by them: cI am the Lord your God.”

1 Kings 18:26-28

26And they took the bull that was given them, and they prepared it and called upon the name of Baal from morning until noon, saying, “O Baal, answer us!” But there was no voice, and no one answered.
